2nd Saturday Market The 2nd Saturday Market is a citywide retail event and promoted by The Mill located at 815 N. Fourth Street in Chillicothe, IL and includes retail businesses on 4th and 2nd street. It runs from 10-2pm on the 2nd Saturday of the month all year around. Call Charlie Rusk at 309-303-6547 for details. Downtown Thursday 2nd Street Market This event takes place in May, June, July and August. It is the last Thursday of the month. 2nd Street is closed off between Walnut through Chestnut Street. Vendors line the street. The center of the event is at Pine and 2nd Street. The entertainment portion of the event is found there. Each month is themed.
